Outside of his primary professional interests, Mr. Serrano-Ramos remains active as a member of the Corvette Club of Kansas City. Furthermore, in his civic-minded endeavors, he regularly participates as a volunteer with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Serrano-Ramos pursued formal education in his homeland of Puerto Rico, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration at the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico in 1993. In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. SerranoRamos largely attributes his success to his discipline, resilience and a modicum of luck. In accounting for his achievements, he is especially proud to have previously started his own PPE business in Puerto Rico. Looking toward the future, he hopes to attain a position as the director or manufacturing director of SBM Management Services. With nearly three decades of professional experience to his credit, Arnaldo Serrano-Ramos has cultivated a career of excellence in the field of business management. In 2022, he joined SBM Management Services LP as a site manager. The soft service provider focuses on developing the skills of business associates, standardizing work processes and management systems, and creating reporting tools that simplify procedures and improve safety. Adjacent to his primary duties, Mr. Serrano-Ramos has served as the production supervisor for Tempur Sealy International, Inc., since 2020. Prior to his current appointments, Mr. SerranoRamos served as a production supervisor for AGC Glass Company North America from 2017 to 2020. A multifaceted professional, he also worked in operations management for Serta Simmons Bedding LLC from 2013 to 2017, as an automotive assembler for General Motors Components Holdings LLC between 2012 and 2013, and as a customer logistics coordinator for Ryder System, Inc., between 2011 and 2012.
