88 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine BUSINESS SERVICES, CONSULTING AND HUMAN RESOURCES Having accrued more than 15 years of professional experience, Megan Gordie Sills is a proven expert in the fields of law, business compliance and human resources. She recently joined Boeing as a senior ethics and compliance advisor in 2022, where she handles global compliance for the company in addition to managing risk assessment tasks and other preliminary investigations. Ms. Sills previously excelled as a business manager for JRM Technologies between 2021 and 2022 and as a human resources labor relations manager for PAE-SGT Partners LLC between 2019 and 2020. At the onset of her career, Ms. Sills served as a legal secretary for the Public Defender’s Office of the 18th Judicial Circuit from 2008 to 2010. Over the course of her career, she has also worked with such companies and organizations as Cary Houck and Edwards P.A., the Law Offices of Arna D. Cortazzo and Yang Enterprises, Inc. Additionally, she remains active as a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE). As part of her vocational journey, Ms. Sills pursued a formal education, beginning with her time at Eastern Florida State College, where she earned an AS in crime scene technology in 2007 and an AA in general studies in 2008. She subsequently continued her studies at the University of Central Florida and received a BS in legal studies in 2010. Ms. Sills ultimately completed her studies after achieving a JD at the Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2015, where she was also honored with a Leadership Award. Outside of her primary interests, Ms. Sills remains active in her community as a mentor for students at the Einstein Academy in Cocoa, Florida. In the coming years, she hopes to participate in more mentoring work. In light of her fulfilling career, she attributes her success to the support and encouragement of her family. Additionally, in accounting for her accomplishments, Ms. Sills is particularly proud of her work at the Kennedy Space Center and with Boeing.
