He ultimately concluded his collegiate career at Aspen University, where he achieved a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in 2022. In addition to his academic credentials, Dr. Litzinger also holds a board certification as a licensed family nurse practitioner from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. In light of his fulfilling career, Dr. Litzinger has attributed his success to his drive and passion for helping others, as well as his interests in mathematics and science. Likewise, he is immensely grateful for the love and support of his husband. In accounting for his accomplishments, he is particularly proud to have earned his doctoral degree. Dr. Litzinger hopes to become more involved as a leader in the health care industry so he can promote more positive system-wide changes and developments. Leveraging over two decades of professional experience, Dr. Jason S. Litzinger has cultivated a fulfilling career in the health care industry. Since 2019, he has served in a primary role as a family nurse practitioner for Northern Arizona Healthcare, and in 2022, he began provider informatics consultant work. In these roles, Dr. Litzinger coordinates and prioritizes work for his clinic’s health care provider, while encompassing the whole patient for care. Prior to his current appointment, he excelled in multiple nursing positions at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System for 10 years. Ever committed to his professional endeavors, Dr. Litzinger remains affiliated with several industry-related organizations, including the Golden Key International Honour Society and the Arizona Nurses Association of Nurse Practitioners. Adjacent to his primary duties, he continues to serve his community as a civicminded citizen, volunteering with and donating to local causes aimed at helping animals. As part of his vocational journey, Dr. Litzinger pursued a formal education, earning a BSN at DR. JASON S.
