Hearn-Stiffler leverages over three decades of professional experience as a leader in the health care industry. Specializing in health care strategies, particularly in relation to educating future physicians and professionals, she has served as the chief executive officer of Germane Solutions since 2021, having originally joined the business in 2015 as vice president. Additionally, as part of her commitment to physical health, Ms. Hearn-Stiffler has served as the owner of Om Shanti Yoga in Burlington, North Carolina, since 2009. Furthermore, she remains active as a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Prior to embarking on her vocational journey, Ms. Hearn-Stiffler pursued a formal education. After earning a BSN at Mount St. Joseph University in 1990, she subsequently achieved an MBA in strategy, operations and marketing at the University of Cincinnati in 1993. HEARN-STIFFLER CDR Deborah Davidson leverages over two decades of experience in the health care industry. Since 2022, she has served as the senior complex health program manager for the Federal Correctional Complex, Coleman. In this role, she oversees health care programs for inmates and health care providers at the facility, specializing in medical and surgical nursing, correctional health care procedures, improving organizational performance, and infection prevention and control measures. Commander Davidson is currently affiliated with the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the Military Officers Association of America, the Florida Nurses Association, the Commissioned Officers Association and AMSUS, The Society of Federal Health Professionals. Having previously pursued a formal education, she originally earned a BSN at the State University of New York in 1998 and ultimately achieved an MPH at the University of Massachusetts in 2019. In addition to her academic credentials, Commander Davidson is fully licensed as a registered nurse and certified by the National Commission of Correctional Health. To commemorate her achievements, she has been honored with numerous accolades from the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service.
