Hampstead, NH With over five decades of practiced expertise to her credit, Dr. Mona Dickson Jensen has cultivated a career of excellence as a multifaceted professional. Throughout her time in the field, she has specialized as a genealogy researcher, biochemist, author and business leader, with much of her work regarding bodily fluids, such as blood and spinal fluids. Chief among her vocational interests, she has served as the co-founder and president of Jensen Craft Enterprises Inc. since 1998. Based in New Hampshire, the business has allowed Dr. Jensen to further expound upon her various pursuits in the chemical sciences. While Dr. Jensen otherwise retired from fulltime work as a researcher in 2012, she is proud to continue her work in the field in a more limited capacity today. To wit, she remains active as a member of several organizations, including the American Chemical Society, the American Association for Clinical Chemistry, Daughters of the American Revolution, the American Philatelic Society, the Pilgrim Edward Doty Society and the Beta Gamma Sigma business honor society. Furthermore, as part of her work with her company, Dr. Jensen commits herself to a number of publishing endeavors. Over the course of her career, she has contributed numerous professional articles, papers and book chapters pertaining to her work. In her earliest efforts, she was a contributing author for the 1977 paper, “Cell Culture and Its Application,” and in 1979, she contributed to a similar work, “Practical Tissue Culture Applications.” Much of her written work has been featured in a bevy of scholarly journals, including the National Institutes of Health. In her prior work experiences, Dr. Jensen excelled as a manager for clinical chemistry R&D in veterinary science at IDEXX Laboratory Inc. in Westbrook, Maine, from 2005 to 2012. She originally joined the enterprise in 2001 as a research scientist, and between 2004 and 2005, she operated as an R&D manager. Dr. Jensen similarly worked with a separate startup business in Boston, Massachusetts, as an R&D manager from 1996 to 1998. In her earlier appointments, she worked in instrumentation
