He subsequently continued his studies during the time of his military service, receiving a Master of Business Administration at the University of Phoenix in 2000. In conclusion of his collegiate pursuits, Mr. Brawley achieved a master’s degree in homeland security at the Naval Postgraduate School in 2015. In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. Brawley has largely attributed his success to his integrity and dedicated work ethic. Likewise, in accounting for his achievements, he is particularly proud to have begun his own thriving business and to have provided resources to the tribes of Trinidad Rancheria over the course of his career. In the coming years, Mr. Brawley hopes to commit more of his time to book and movie script writing. Bolstered by over two decades of professional experience, Randy Brawley has cultivated a fulfilling career in the field of emergency management. With a keen focus on disaster preparedness, he founded Wise Oak Consulting in 2017, where he continues to serve as the head of the company. The business provides clients, including mid-to-large-sized government agencies and other organizations, with a variety of services for threat, hazard and disaster identification and assessment. Prior to beginning his own business, Mr. Brawley excelled as a preparedness analyst and planning officer for FEMA from 2009 to 2017. Additionally, he was an operations manager for facility maintenance at IAP World Services in 2009 and a plant manager for OptiSolar between 2007 and 2009. Before entering the corporate environment, Mr. Brawley honorably served in the United States Air Force from 1986 to 2007, achieving the rank of lieutenant colonel. Adjacent to his primary professional endeavors, he has also remained active as a civic-minded citizen, regularly participating as a volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America.
