King of Prussia, PA Victor “Vic” Joseph Maggitti Jr. draws upon more than six decades of professional experience as an expert in accounting for Vimco Inc. Since 1960, he has served as the owner and president of Vimco Inc., based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. In addition to managing his company’s inventory, Mr. Maggitti primarily oversees all accounting duties for the business. In his other professional pursuits, he has served as a founding member of Associated Construction Distributors International (ACDI), a cooperative association of independently owned and operated construction distributors, since 1973. Notably, Vimco Inc. is well-regarded for providing several high-quality concrete construction services, operating as a manufacturer and distributor of various construction supplies and accessories throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Washington, D.C. To this end, Vimco Inc. is proud to work alongside a plethora of product vendors. Some of its most noteworthy product providers include Kraft Tool Co., Simpson Strong-Tie Company Inc., Barsplice Products Inc., Allen Engineering Corporation and O.C.M. Corporation. It also includes Resteel Corporation, Insteel Corporation, MevaLite Forming Corporation, Owens Corporation, Stego Industries, Kingspan Corporation, Prime Source Corporation and WR Meadows Corporation. Likewise, the company is proud to boast an impressive stock of products, tools and services, including wire meshes, waterproofing, shear walls, bolts, hinges, nails and $18 million of forming rental equipment. Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Maggitti cultivated a formal education. Over the course of his academic career, he studied at the Villanova School of Business, as part of Villanova University in Pennsylvania, and ultimately achieved a master’s degree in accounting in 1956. In his civic-minded endeavors, Mr. Maggitti is a prolific donor and volunteer to several charitable causes. Notably, he donated $20 million to Villanova University as part of their efforts to build the university library, named the Vic Maggitti Library. Mr. Maggitti donated $6 million to Malvern Preparatory High School to build the Vic Maggitti Pavilion.
