Since 2018, he has excelled as a senior product care engineer team leader for Electrolux North America. In his primary role, he maintains responsibility for leading his team of professionals in supporting manufacturing initiatives and resolving key issues that surface with Electrolux’s productions and product designs. Mr. Garvich initially joined Electrolux North America as a senior product engineer and was subsequently promoted to the role of operational leader in their facility in Memphis, Tennessee. Earlier in his career, Mr. Garvich served at Maytag Corporation in an engineering capacity and worked as an adjunct faculty member at Cleveland State Community College, where he taught courses in management and statistics. Beginning in 1996, he served his community as a reserve deputy sheriff for Bradley County, Tennessee, for seven fruitful years. As a deputy, his primary role involved directed patrol activities and helping the full-time deputies with community-oriented activities. Participating in many community events as a deputy, most notably of these being the department’s first preparedness response plan for former President Bill Clinton’s Child Find Act. As such, Mr. Garvich was named Reserve Officer of the Year in light of his outstanding feats. He was also named Outstanding Student in the Study of Management by Cleveland State Community College and inducted into Who’s Who of Junior College Students for his academic efforts. During the pursuit of his vocational interests, Mr. Garvich pursued a formal education at Tennessee Wesleyan University, receiving a Bachelor of Applied Science in organizational management in 1998. Subsequently, he received a master’s degree in organizational management from Tusculum University in 2006. Desiring to further his credentials, Mr. Garvich also pursued several certifications, having earned three certifications from LinkedIn in production planning, leadership and continuous improvement.
