120 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine ENERGY, ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURING earned a bachelor’s degree in 1994. Following this accomplishment, she attended Purdue University, graduating with a master’s degree in transportation and highway engineering in 1996. She was later certified by the Nevada State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. She has been a member of the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association, the Institute of Transportation Engineers and the American Society of Civil Engineers. In a career filled with accomplishments, Ms. Escobedo is particularly proud to have established her own business in Las Vegas, despite the presence of several large engineering firms that posed significant challenges for such an endeavor. In spite of an uphill battle, she has cultivated fruitful relationships with developers and a commendable reputation. Looking toward the future, Ms. Escobedo aspires to grow CIVIL 360’s main office in Las Vegas and expand operations into several other states. Attributing her success to a strong work ethic and passion for her vocation, Jennifer L. Escobedo has earned acclaim as the principal of CIVIL 360 LLC, a full-service civil engineering firm specializing in integrated planning, engineering, civil design, and construction administration services. Catering to the needs of private developers throughout Las Vegas, CIVIL 360 is well-regarded for its exceptional approach to client service, reflecting a dedication to honest and open communication with all those involved in completing successful projects. In addition to her work in Nevada, Ms. Escobedo is licensed in several other states, including Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Tennessee, Utah and Wyoming. Having initially taken part in the Hoover Dam Bypass Project in Nevada, her interests shifted toward the fields of land development and civil engineering, leading to her role as the regional manager for Collins Engineering before starting her own firm. Over the course of her career, Ms. Escobedo has never sought to conform to industry norms — her success has long been predicated on treating employees with respect and recognizing their value while building effective, transparent and longstanding relationships with her clients.
