Since 2007, he has served as the chief executive officer of the Cidana Corporation, a company well-regarded for providing highquality services and solutions in multimedia software. He previously excelled as the vice president of engineering at InterVideo, as part of the Corel Corporation, from 1998 to 2007. At the onset of his career, Mr. Chin operated as a software engineer for Sigma Designs between 1993 and 1995. Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Chin cultivated a formal education, beginning at the National Yang-Ming Chiao Tung University in his homeland of Taiwan, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering in 1983. He subsequently continued his studies at California State University and achieved a master’s degree in computer science in 1989. In light of his professional accomplishments, Mr. Chin is particularly proud to have managed his company for over 15 years, and he looks forward to exploring new frontiers for the business in the coming years. Having accumulated over 30 years of professional experience, Paul A. Crawford is an expert metallurgist and engineer. Since 2018, he has served as the owner of Sintered Metal Consulting LLC, where he specializes in powder metallurgy, gear design, and geometric dimensioning and tolerance. Adjacent to his current leadership role, Mr. Crawford was an engineering and quality manager for PT Tech LLC from 2019 to 2021. At the onset of his career, he excelled as a project engineer for MTD Products, Inc., from 1990 to 2004. As part of his commitment to his profession, Mr. Crawford has remained active as a member of several organizations. To wit, he has served as the chairman of the powder metallurgy committee of the American Gear Manufacturers Association since 2019, having also been a committee member within the group since 1999. Over the course of his career, Mr. Crawford has secured nine patents for drive systems, including a new multi-function shift mechanism.
