189 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine GOVERNMENT AND MILITARY He has served on three advisory committees for the Texas Veterans Commission since 2008. Additionally, he has participated in added veterans’ issues with the Texas Coalition of Veterans Organizations in Austin, Texas, serving as chairman of the Coalition from 2010 to 2016. Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Little pursued a formal education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture at the University of Arizona in 1964. He subsequently continued his studies at his alma mater and received a Master of Science in animal science and biostatistics in 1966. In conclusion of his collegiate career, Mr. Little attended Rider University, where he achieved a Master of Business Administration in 1978. In addition to his academic credentials, Mr. Little was certified as an NBC Defense Officer by the Navy in 1996; he wears the Navy’s Command Ashore Device. Well-regarded for this excellence in the field, he has also been honored with accolades, such as the Reserve Organization of America’s Sea Service Section Anchor Award in 2016, Brigade of Volunteers in 2010, and the Texas Committee, Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, Dedicated Service Award in 2009. In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. Little attributes his success to his experiences in the United States Navy, which allowed him to develop both personally and professionally. Likewise, in accounting for his accomplishments, he is proud to have earned his master’s degree before entering the United States Navy. M organ Little has cultivated a fulfilling career in military service. Between 1967 and 1998, he honorably served in the United States Navy and Navy Reserve as a division officer, executive officer and commanding officer.
