Soldon, Esq., has cultivated a career of excellence in the field of law. Specializing in labor and employment law, particularly pertaining to subrogation and employee benefits, she has served as an attorney and managing partner at Soldon McCoy Lawyers LLC since 2014. Prior to joining her current partners, she managed the Soldon Law Firm LLC from 2011 to 2014. At the onset of her career, she joined The Previant Law Firm S.C. in 1990, where she worked as an attorney-at-law until 1996 and as a partner from then until 2006. Prior to beginning her vocational journey, Ms. Soldon pursued a formal education, earning a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with distinction, in 1986. She subsequently continued her studies at the University of Wisconsin Law School and achieved a JD in 1990. In addition to her academic credentials, Ms. Soldon is licensed to practice law as a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Ms. Soldon has likewise been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits, and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and Michigan. Outside of her primary professional endeavors, Ms. Soldon remains active as a volunteer and advocate for the Planned Parenthood Federation of America Inc. To commemorate her accomplishments in the field, Ms. Soldon has earned an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which she continues to maintain today. In accounting for her professional accomplishments, she is particularly proud to have represented clients in the fields of labor for many years, having also participated in noteworthy labor movements in her city as well.
