57 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine BUSINESS SERVICES, CONSULTING AND HUMAN RESOURCES Mr. Huenemann previously excelled as vice president of external affairs for PMI Global Services Inc. from 2010 to 2019, overseeing the Washington, DC, office and global responsibilities in the Fortune 200 company. He was an adjunct fellow for the Americas Program and advisory board member of the Southeast Asia Program at the Center for Strategic & International Studies from 2004 to 2017. Further, he was a director and board member of the United States Council for International Business and the National Foreign Trade Council from 2017 to 2019. He also served with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, U.S.-ASEAN Business Council, and the U.S.-Ukraine and U.S.- Russia Business Councils. From 2000 to 2010, he was senior vice president and founded an international practice at Fleischman Hillard Government Relations, then was a principal and leader of the international trade and investment group at Miller & Chevalier Chartered. Earlier, Mr. Huenemann was a presidential management fellow at the U.S. Department of the Treasury from 1984 to 1985. Thereafter, he rose into the senior executive service and leadership in the Executive Office of the President and Office of the U.S. Trade Representative from 1985 to 2000. He holds an MA in international development economics from American University and BA from Stockton State University. Mr. Huenemann has attributed his success to the support of his parents and family, as well as his ability to take advantage of the opportunities he earned and was afforded. He is humbled by his ambition to help make a better world and appreciative of the guidance from colleagues. His four decades of leadership in both the public and private sectors have provided him with a perspective that he shares to lift up enterprises, other stakeholders and, most importantly, people. Leveraging four decades of experience, Jon E. Huenemann has cultivated a fulfilling career in business, public policy strategy and decision-making. He serves as an advisor for Guidepoint Global LLC and council member at the Gerson Lehrman Group Inc., having joined the former organization in 2022 and the latter in 2021.
