Specializing in networking, business leadership and recruiting initiatives, he has served as a client relations and account manager for Doherty Staffing Solutions since 2022, having originally joined the company in 2021 as an offsite representative. Mr. Barefield previously served as a restaurant manager for Regency Hotel Management from 2014 to 2021 and for Logan’s Roadhouse from 2006 to 2012. At the onset of his vocational journey, he honorably served in the United States Army as a health care specialist from 2003 to 2011. Well-regarded for his dedication to civic advocacy, Mr. Barefield volunteers with Veterans of Foreign Wars, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and several local animal shelters. As part of his commitment to his professional endeavors, he earned his IFSAC certification in fire science and firefighting at McLennan Community College in 2007.
