Since 2013, he has served as the country head for Privi Specialty Chemicals Limited, where he focuses on various business logistics and trading. As a leader within the aroma and fragrance chemical manufacturer, Mr. Doppalapudi manages the markets for the company in Europe and both North and South America. He originally joined the business in 2010 as a senior manager. Adjacent to his primary duties, Mr. Doppalapudi is also the owner of Salt Logistics LLC, a third-party logistics and warehouse enterprise that provides companies with stock and distribution services. As part of his vocational journey, he previously pursued a formal education, ultimately achieving a postgraduate diploma in business management at St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai in 2004. Mr. Doppalapudi has largely attributed his success to his dedicated work ethic, perseverance and commitment to learning. Likewise, in accounting for his accomplishments, he is proud of firmly establishing both companies in the United States and earning the trust of his numerous clients. Dr. Althea Green has served as the owner of LE&ED Consultants LLC since 2023. Demonstrating expertise in business and military operations, she was the director of recruitment for the U.S. Department of Defense’s F. Edward Hébert School of Medicine between 2012 and 2022. Having also spent many years in the U.S. Army, she was the senior enlisted advisor to the Army Surgeon General and served on the executive leadership team at several military posts and medical centers. Dr. Green led the restructuring of the enlisted medical force in the Army and helped the Walter Reed Army Medical Center improve its system of care for wounded soldiers during the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. This later evolved into the Warrior-in-Transition system. Dr. Green holds several relevant collegiate degrees, including a PhD in educational leadership from Keiser University. She also completed the sergeants major course at the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy. Dr. Green received a Legion of Merit, a Distinguished Service Medal and the Faculty Excellence Award from the F. Edward Hébert School of Medicine.
