210 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine HEALTH AND WELLNESS With nearly 30 years of professional experience to her credit, Pamela Teresa Haliot is a proven expert in the field of health care education. Since 2021, she has served as a surgical technologist and instructor at Brookline College in Tempe, Arizona. The college is dedicated to providing rising students and budding health care professionals with intensive coursework that will prepare them to succeed in their chosen professions. As part of her duties, Ms. Haliot teaches a laboratory class, in which she finds creative ways to instruct her students on anatomy. Adjacent to her primary duties, Ms. Haliot is pursuing her own academic degree in allied health at Brookline College. Furthermore, she has operated as a second-level certified surgical technologist at The CORE Institute Specialty Hospital since 2019 and with the Banner Boswell Medical Center, a part of Banner Health, since 1999. Ms. Haliot also remains active in her community as a civic-minded citizen, participating as a donor for the Phoenix Rescue Mission, the St. Mary’s Food Bank and her local church. To commemorate her accomplishments in the field, Ms. Haliot has been honored with several accolades over the course of her career, including a People Award in 2022 and Banner’s Best Award from Banner Health in 2009. She also received the Above and Beyond Award from Brookline College on two separate occasions within the span of four months. From a young age, Ms. Haliot knew she wanted to be involved in the health care industry. Having worked in the field since 1994, she has been most impressed with the many advancements in technology over the years, especially in terms of robotics, which have greatly helped her with her work. In accounting for her numerous accomplishments, she is especially proud of all her surgical work, especially following Hurricane Harvey when she operated at the MD Anderson Cancer Center. In the coming years, Ms. Haliot looks forward to earning her degree and beginning the construction of her own ranch.
