Neviaser has cultivated a career of excellence in the hospitality and real estate industries. In 2015, he co-founded Imagine Resorts & Hotels LLC in Madison, Wisconsin, where he continues to serve as a principal of the business. The resort brand is committed to reimagining the concept of the family resort, with a keen focus on delivering authentic, immersive and memorable experiences for all guests. Adjacent to his primary endeavors serving as the head of his own business, Mr. Neviaser has served as a managing partner for the Turnkey Building Supply since 2018 and as a managing director for Continuum Investment Partners since 2004. Additionally, he held similar managerial positions with Vilas Capital Management in 2014 and with Iconos Partners from 2011 to 2014. Mr. Neviaser originally began his career in 1980, excelling in the field of commercial real estate for several years. Prior to beginning his vocational journey, Mr. Neviaser pursued a formal education, studying at the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1975 to 1980. In addition to his academic pursuits, he was also recognized as a certified commercial investment member (CCIM) by the National Association of REALTORS in 1984. Ever committed to his various professional interests, Mr. Neviaser remains active on the advisory board of the Paul Carbone Comprehensive Cancer Center, and he is an emeritus member of the dean’s advisory board at his alma mater. Well-regarded for his professional and civil accomplishments, Mr. Neviaser was inducted into the World Waterpark Association Hall of Fame in 2005. In light of his fulfilling career, he has largely attributed his success to his understanding of his own worth. Likewise, in accounting for his accomplishments, he is particularly proud of his involvement in the construction of his local Great Wolf Lodge.
