Based in Leavenworth, Kansas, the consulting firm is well-regarded for providing critical analysis and innovation services that aid industry leaders in tackling their hardest challenges. Before beginning his career, Dr. Morris honorably served in the United States Army and National Guard. As part of his vocational journey, Dr. Morris cultivated a higher education, ultimately achieving a PhD in modern European history at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1979. In addition to his academic credentials, he also holds certifications in human trafficking awareness from Justice University. Throughout his time in the field, Dr. Morris has proudly dedicated himself to developing and implementing the latest information technologies, business processes and structures, and leadership development strategies for a variety of professional ventures. To commemorate his accomplishments, he was previously honored with the Smithsonian World Award. In her role as a partner with Mercer LLC in Tampa, she works alongside a team of experts to evaluate workforce needs and solutions to increase employee flexibility in everchanging markets across health, wealth and career needs. Prior to her role at Mercer, Ms. Tacker excelled as senior vice president of Aon plc. She started her career as an account representative at Florida Blue. She has spoken at Aon’s National Health Forum on “Create Choice and Empower Consumers.” She is published in the CEBS Journal on “The Power of Integrating Consumerism and Wellness.” She was interviewed by Tampa Bay Business Journal on the topic of “Diversity and Multi-Generational Workforce.” Ms. Tacker pursued her Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (CEBS) designation through The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
