Since 2022, she has served as the senior complex health program manager for the Federal Correctional Complex, Coleman. In this role, she oversees health care programs for inmates and health care providers at the facility, specializing in medical and surgical nursing, correctional health care procedures, improving organizational performance, and infection prevention and control measures. Commander Davidson is currently affiliated with the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the Military Officers Association of America, the Florida Nurses Association, the Commissioned Officers Association and AMSUS, The Society of Federal Health Professionals. Having previously pursued a formal education, she originally earned a BSN at the State University of New York in 1998 and ultimately achieved an MPH at the University of Massachusetts in 2019. In addition to her academic credentials, Commander Davidson is fully licensed as a registered nurse and certified by the National Commission of Correctional Health. To commemorate her achievements, she has been honored with numerous accolades from the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service.
