Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, he pursued a formal education at Iowa State University, where he achieved a bachelor’s degree in agricultural studies, with a minor in agronomy, in 1988. To commemorate his earliest accomplishments, Mr. Maxwell was honored with a Master Sales Award from the Monsanto Company in 2000, having worked with the company from 1999 to 2004. In accounting for his achievements, Mr. Maxwell attributes much of his success to his honesty and integrity. He is particularly proud to have never been swayed from his path and to have managed many different sales teams over the course of his career. In the coming years, Mr. Maxwell hopes to continue aiding in the growth of Bio S.I. Technology. Well-versed in various aspects of agriculture, Brett V. Maxwell leverages over 30 years of professional experience as an expert in his field. Specializing in livestock production and soil products, he has served as the president of sales and marketing at Bio S.I. Technology LLC since 2022, having originally joined the company in 2020 as the vice president of his department. The business is well-regarded for its selection of organic soil inoculant products, which aid in naturally rebuilding healthy soil. In his role, Mr. Maxwell oversees all facets of production agriculture for the company. Prior to joining Bio S.I. Technology, Mr. Maxwell operated as the district sales manager for S&W Seed Co. from 2017 to 2020. Furthermore, he was an account executive for Farmer’s Business Network, Inc., from 2015 to 2017, a district sales manager for Wyffels Hybrids from 2013 to 2015 and vice president of the Puris division of World Food Processing from 2011 to 2013.
