In his leadership roles, Mr. Sosak primarily specializes in programming, networking, security, and systems and database administration. Prior to founding his own company, Mr. Sosak excelled as a level three professional services associate consultant for the NCR Corporation from 2012 to 2017. Additionally, from 2010 to 2012, he served as a team lead at Research Now (now Dynata). At the onset of his career, he worked at Kirkwood Community College as a laboratory assistant and computer technician from 2002 to 2004. Over the course of his career, Mr. Sosak has similarly offered his technical expertise to such companies as SA IT Services, Hewlett-Packard and Bank of America. As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Sosak pursued a formal education. To this end, he studied at The University of Texas at Arlington and achieved a Bachelor of Science in management and information systems in 2009. In his creative pursuits, Mr. Sosak holds an AI-integrated design patent. He also recently appeared as a keynote speaker at the Internet 2.0 Conference in 2022, where his company was also recognized as one of the best information technology companies in Dallas. In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. Sosak has largely attributed his success to his desire to make life easier for others by introducing new IT solutions. Likewise, in accounting for his accomplishments, he is particularly proud to have founded his own business after working with other noteworthy brands and Fortune 500 companies. In the coming years, Mr. Sosak looks forward to launching his second company, Project Arc. O livier Sosak has accrued a rewarding career in the field of information technology (IT), with more than 20 years of professional experience to his credit. In 2017, he founded IT Y’ALL in Dallas, Texas, where he continues to serve as the owner and chief executive officer.
