51 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine ARTS, MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT OWNER, ARTIST, AUTHOR Forester Studio Chico, CA PRESIDENT, GENERAL MANAGER A&E Ole Networks Coral Gables, FL WILMA FORESTER ROBERTS Wilma Forester Roberts has cultivated a fulfilling career as a multitalented artist. As the owner of Forest Studio, her own business based in Chico, California, she has excelled as a studio artist and published author. In her artistic endeavors, she largely focuses on realistic representational art, utilizing oil paints, acrylics and pastels. Likewise, Ms. Roberts is the author of the illustrated novel “The Adventures of Nagel of Ancient Babylonia,” which was originally released in 2011 with a reprint in 2018. She also recently published her second book, “Harmony: Legend of Forest Ranch,” in 2022. Ever committed to the field of arts education, Ms. Roberts has also thrived as an art teacher, regularly teaching classes at the Chico Art Center. In addition to being named Best of Show at local fair events on five occasions, she has also been named among Women Artists of America. In light of her fulfilling career, Ms. Roberts has largely attributed her success to her perseverance and the support of her friends, family and colleagues. In the coming years, she hopes to write a book about her town’s founder, John Bidwell. With over 20 years of professional experience to his credit, Eduardo J. Ruiz is a leader in the television industry. Since 2003, he has served as the president and general manager of A&E Ole Networks, a joint venture between Ole Communications and A&E Networks. In his leadership roles, he oversees the production and commercialization of television channels, including the History Channel, History 2, A&E and Lifetime. Mr. Ruiz previously served as the president of the international division of The Weather Channel from 1996 to 2002. Prior to beginning his career, Mr. Ruiz pursued a formal education, ultimately achieving a master’s degree at Loyola University New Orleans in 1986. Committed to his profession, he also remains affiliated with several organizations, including the International Academy of Arts and Entertainment. He is also treasurer of the Latin American Media Advertising Council. Attributing much of his success to the love and guidance of his parents, Mr. Ruiz is proud to have been honored with an Emmy Award and numerous Promax North America and Latin America Awards. In the coming years, he looks forward to finding further success in his field in a consulting capacity. EDUARDO J. RUIZ
