106 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine EDUCATION Possessing over five decades of professional experience, Dr. Robert W. Pierce is a figurehead in the field of academia. Since 2012, he has been recognized as a distinguished emeritus professor of geology at Eastern New Mexico University, having first joined the institution in 1980. Serving as an associate professor of geology until 2014, he also excelled as director of the Geology Summer Field Camp from 1980 to 2014, chair of the department of physical science from 1985 to 2000, and director of the Electron Microscope Facility from 1985 to 2014. Earlier in his career, Dr. Pierce served in similar positions with the University of Florida and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Pierce holds a BS in geology from Monmouth College and an MS in geology and a PhD in geology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Outside of his primary academic efforts, he was an advanced national coach and advanced coach instructor for the American Youth Soccer Organization for 43 years. Likewise, he is a past president of the board of directors of the Kiwanis Club and a member of the Geological Society of America and the Paleontological Society. Specializing in business productivity, he has served as a bilingual Silva Method instructor for Silva Method New Jersey since 2022. Additionally, since 2021, he has excelled as a project manager and technical writer for backup and restoration operations at Santander Bank, N.A. Across his various professional endeavors, Mr. Pinaud has specialized in guiding businesses toward more productive practices. Furthermore, he is well-versed in teaching individuals and families about different parts of the brain. Over the course of his career, Mr. Pinaud has been well-regarded for his creative output, having authored several books and hosted his own podcast, “Connecting Invisible Dots,” for several years. As part of his vocational journey, he also cultivated his own formal education, ultimately achieving an MBA at Colorado State University Pueblo in 2003. To commemorate his accomplishments, he was honored among the Global 30 in the World for Time Management.
