In his roles, Mr. Lawlor oversees various daily duties, largely pertaining to sales and marketing, patent acquisitions and product designs. Likewise, he remains involved in the duties of his employees, ensuring their safety and health and mentoring and assisting them in the field as needed. Prior to his current appointments, Mr. Lawlor operated as a product manager for The Weir Group PLC in Ontario, Canada, in 2017. He originally joined the company at the onset of his career in 2009, working as an equipment designer and marketing consultant. Likewise, he was the president of North American global comminution for Böhringer Inc., between 2015 and 2017. As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Lawlor also pursued a formal education. In this regard, he studied at St. Joseph’s Secondary School in Ballybunion, Ireland, and achieved the equivalent of a Bachelor of Science in engineering management with a minor in technical marketing. Mr. Lawlor has acquired numerous accolades for his work. Most recently, in 2019, he developed the first track RGF and impact crusher with Combi-link. Since 2013, he has also held a patent for his own heavy equipment transport system. In 2018, Mr. Lawlor developed the first tracked 6203 screen in a closed circuit Böhringer impact. One of his earliest achievements came in 1991 when he designed and manufactured the first direct drive 30-ton track jaw crusher. In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. Lawlor has largely attributed his success to building and maintaining many positive relationships. Likewise, in accounting for his achievements, he is particularly proud to have developed and patented a transport system for heavy machinery throughout the United States. Looking toward the future, Mr. Lawlor hopes to continue revolutionizing his industry. Timothy Francis Lawlor has cultivated an accomplished career in the field of engineering.
