JACKSON III Charles W. Jackson III leverages nearly two decades of professional experience as an expert in the engineering industry. In 2022, he joined CMTA Inc., a leading engineering and science consulting firm, as the head of the electrical department. Adjacent to his latest endeavors, he has also excelled as a senior construction engineer for Cornerstone Concilium Inc. since 2017. At the onset of his career in 2005, Mr. Jackson served as a switchgear specialist for the Franklin Electric Company. Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Jackson completed coursework in electrical engineering, power systems and business administration at Drexel University between 2000 and 2005. A specialist in his field, he holds several certifications as a professional engineer in commissioning authority, project management, and licensing and regulation. Attributing much of his success to his perseverance and determination, Mr. Jackson is particularly proud to have joined the board of directors for the AACB Commissioning Group (ACG), which allowed him to play a more active role in his industry. In the coming years, he hopes to begin his own company. Craig Donovan Nathe is a retired environmental engineer who served 42 years in federal civil service. For seven years, he conducted groundwater and soil contamination cleanup on Air Force and NASA-administered land with Edwards AFB. For 21 years prior at Vandenberg AFB, he performed similar duties and administered an 800-head cow operation. He executed innovative, environmentally friendly grazing systems, restoring threatened species’ habitats by eliminating invasive species. Additionally, he trained Navy SEALs from SEAL Team 5 to ride and pack horses, resulting in horseback Special Forces in Afghanistan. Mr. Nathe spent 14 years in the U.S. Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management. There, he established systems and species composition surveys, fought wildfires as a crew boss and strike team leader, and administered environmental awareness programs for the WasatchCache and Payette National Forests and the Elko BLM District. Mr. Nathe holds a BS in rangeland management from Montana State University. He also received three Certificates of Merit from the U.S. Forest Service, the Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons Outstanding Performance Award, and the Exemplary Civilian Service Award and Outstanding Civilian Career Service Award from the Air Force.
