Specializing in default properties and real estate sales, she has served as the owner and managing broker of Riverbend Realty Group LLC in Houston, Texas, since 2005. In her leadership position, she provides her clients with personalized, end-to-end REO (Real Estate Owned) services. Prior to her current appointment, Ms. Delcambre excelled as a senior advisor for commercial real estate at Prime Realty Group from 2003 to 2005. As part of her dedication to her profession, Ms. Delcambre has remained active as a member of several pertinent organizations. To wit, she has been a board member of HomeTown Bank N.A. since 2017 and a member of the National Association of Default Professionals since 2016. Furthermore, she is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the Texas REALTORS, the Houston Association of REALTORS, and The National Association of Real Estate Brokers. As part of her vocational journey, Ms. Delcambre pursued a formal education, completing collegiate coursework in real estate studies at Collin College. Furthermore, she holds several certifications in her field. Notably, Ms. Delcambre is a certified foreclosure specialist, and she is recognized by the HUB Zone and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. Outside of her primary duties, Ms. Delcambre serves her community as a civic-minded citizen, regularly volunteering with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. To commemorate her accomplishments in the field, she was previously named one of the Top Five Agents by Riverbend Realty Group LLC. In light of her fulfilling career, she has largely attributed her success to her drive for excellence.
