Johnson has cultivated an interest in construction, particularly the building of objects. Relishing the process of deconstructing and reconstructing small-scale projects by hand, he naturally gravitated toward the field of construction management. Since 2023, Mr. Johnson has excelled as the senior project manager for Fenagh Engineering & Testing in California. Earlier in his career, he served as the senior project manager and operations manager at Twining Consulting Inc. from 2017 to 2023. He commenced his career with Twining Consulting as an inspector in 2008. Drawing upon certification as an ICC Special Inspector, Mr. Johnson is particularly proud of his longstanding career trajectory, emphasizing that his journey has been a remarkable highlight of his life. Starting his career as an ironworker in the 1990s, he subsequently experienced a workrelated accident, thereby prompting him to further his career in the area of inspections. Undeterred by any setback, Mr. Johnson rose through the ranks of success until becoming a project manager. In this position, he notably identified areas for improvement and implemented solutions, which led to his promotion to operations manager. Over the course of his prolific career, Mr. Johnson has been exceptionally gratified by watching his employees succeed and grow. Adjacent to his primary interests, Mr. Johnson is a talented musician, having played six different instruments proficiently, with piano and guitar serving as his primary choices. Additionally, he enjoys such avocational activities as riding his bicycle, reading, meditating, being outdoors and spending time with his family. Attributing much of his success to the work ethic his father instilled in him from a young age, Mr. Johnson intends to attain a principal role in executive management in the coming years. In particular, he would like to manage his team to facilitate the growth and success of Fenagh Engineering & Testing. Furthermore, he aims to eventually ease into retirement and further explore his interests in the wellness industry and meditation. JEFF M.
