166 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine FINANCE AND INSURANCE Leveraging more than 25 years of practiced expertise, John Stephen Chamberlain is a proven expert in the field of finance. Specializing in asset and property management, he has served as the lead proprietor of Newington Asset Management Company in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, since 2018. In his leadership position, Mr. Chamberlain assists his numerous clients with managing and enhancing their various financial assets, most notably including properties, in addition to providing aid with financial investments. Adjacent to his primary professional endeavors, Mr. Chamberlain remains active as the chairman of the Newington Historical District Commission. Well-versed in technology and software management as well, he previously excelled as a senior software engineer at Charles River Analytics Inc. from 2007 to 2017. Likewise, he held a similar technological lead position at OPeNDAP.org from 2003 to 2007 and at inVantage between 2001 and 2002. At the onset of his career, Mr. Chamberlain was a team lead at Clinical Networx Systems Inc. from 1998 to 2000. In his civic-minded efforts, Mr. Chamberlain regularly participates as a volunteer at the Strawberry Bank Historical Outdoor Museum. Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, he pursued a formal education, originally studying at Princeton University and earning a Bachelor of Arts in politics in 1988. He subsequently continued his studies at Northeastern University, where he achieved a Master of Science in computer science in 1993. Mr. Chamberlain has largely attributed his success to his dedication to reading and collecting books, which allows him to continually enrich his wisdom and knowledge.
