Since 2008, he has served as the owner of SMC Company LLC, an accounting and financial services firm based in Lakewood, Colorado. The firm is well-regarded for assisting clients with managing taxes and other associated financial tasks. As part of his commitment to his industry, Mr. Chan remains affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, having been certified as a CPA since 1994. Likewise, he pursued a formal education, earning a BBA at Baruch College in 1984. In addition to his other credentials, Mr. Chan is a chartered global management accountant (CGMA) and accredited tax advisor and preparer. Mr. Geddings has held his insurance license for more than 40 years. Now partially retired from full-time work in his field, Mr. Geddings remains affiliated with several industry-related organizations, including the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He is a former president of his local chapter of the Military Officers Association of America and a former district governor of Georgia, having held the latter position between 1993 and 1994. In his pursuit of formal education, Mr. Geddings ultimately achieved an MEd at Mercer University in 1973. Well-regarded for his professional achievements, Mr. Geddings has been honored with several Army Commendation Medals and an award from the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia.
