Specializing in corporate social responsibility (CSR), she has worked with The First Bank since 2016, originally joining the financial institution as a teller and personal banker and later becoming a community development coordinator in 2019. As part of her current duties, Ms. Jackson Kinnard focuses on serving community members by ensuring their financial needs are properly met. As part of her vocational journey, Ms. Jackson Kinnard cultivated a higher education, ultimately achieving a master’s degree in American history at Southern New Hampshire University in 2021. Adjacent to her primary professional endeavors, she also remains committed to civic advocacy, regularly participating with charitable groups, such as Goodwill Industries International. Well-regarded for her professional accomplishments as well, Ms. Jackson Kinnard was recently inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success in 2020. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR The First Bank Wiggins, MS Chad Kirschenblatt has cultivated an accomplished career in the field of finance. Since 2023, he has served as president and chief executive officer at JRS Financial Services LLC, where he specializes in financial and regulatory services for broker-dealers. Likewise, he serves as a liaison between the firm and its clientele, having formerly excelled as managing partner for accounting services. Prior, Mr. Kirschenblatt was the director of finance at Instinet Incorporated from 2008 to 2010. At the onset of his career, he was a derivatives investigator for the Chase Manhattan Corporation (now JPMorgan Chase & Co.) between 1998 and 1999. Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Kirschenblatt earned a BS in economics at the University of Colorado Boulder in 1995. He continued his studies at Pace University, achieving an MBA in accounting and international business in 2001. As part of his dedication to his profession, he also remains active as a committee member for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
