Specializing in commercial real estate financing and mortgage banking, he has served as the principal of Bloomfield Financial Services LLC since 1994. His business is well-regarded for providing clients with highly customizable financial services, including longterm mortgages for commercial properties and assistance with real estate construction, placement and investments. Mr. Talerico’s company similarly assists with real estate loans for insurance companies and other financial institutions. Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Talerico pursued a formal education. As a student at the University of Detroit Mercy, he achieved a degree in finance in 1988. Ever committed to his profession, he also remains affiliated with the Mortgage Bankers Association. To commemorate his accomplishments, he was previously honored with several Top Producer Awards. Attributing much of his success to his dedicated work ethic, Mr. Talerico is particularly proud to have developed a myriad of positive working relationships throughout his time in the field. Now retired, he previously served as the assistant vice president of Wells Fargo Capital Finance from 1974 to 2010. Over the course of his 36-year career, he primarily specialized in financial analysis, especially as it pertained to banking. In his retirement, Mr. Turek remains active as the treasurer of the finance committee for the North Central District of the American Rose Society. As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Turek pursued a formal education, earning a bachelor’s degree in business accounting at Minnesota State University. Adjacent to his primary professional interests, he continues to serve as a civic-minded citizen, serving as a trustee and finance board member for the Saint Nicholas Catholic Church in Minnesota and a volunteer with the American Cancer Society. To commemorate his achievements, Mr. Turek was previously honored with Silver and Bronze Medals and Master Rosarian status from the American Rose Society. In light of his accomplishments, he has largely attributed his success to the support of his family, particularly his late wife, Charlotte.
