As part of his more recent endeavors, Mr. Peters became the owner of VRF & VRV Consulting Investigation in 2020. At the onset of his career, Mr. Peters honorably served in the United States Navy for over five years, operating as an internal communications petty officer during that time. After his military service, he took on an apprenticeship between 2005 and 2010. He subsequently became a journeyman from 2010 to 2014 and a superintendent from 2014 to 2018. He credits much of his success to the influence of Anthony “Tony” Vallan, the president of Young Supply and Mitsubishi, who helped him establish his career path. Ever committed to his profession, Mr. Peters remains affiliated with the United Pipe Fitters Association. Likewise, he is a member of Local 636. In his civic-minded efforts, he regularly participates as a volunteer with homeless shelters and 4-H. He similarly donates food and funds to his local church, much of which is used to provide for homeless individuals in the community. To commemorate his military achievements, Mr. Peters was honored with a Presidential Superior Service Award. Mr. Peters was inspired to pursue a career in HVAC systems following his time in the Navy, where he recognized his interests in electrical heating, cooling and energy-efficient systems. He has similarly recognized the need for revolutionary change in his industry via the usage of solar, hydro and windpowered technologies. In accounting for his accomplishments, he is especially proud of all his work as a consultant. In the coming years, Mr. Peters hopes to continue expanding his company into one of the largest contractors in the country. Stephen Andrew Peters has accrued nearly 20 years of practiced expertise as a proven business owner and manager in the HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) industry.
