A decorated veteran, Mr. Stevens served in the U.S. Navy as a quartermaster from 2002 to 2006. After finishing his service, he began his professional career by working as a security and driver manager for PAM Transport between 2006 and 2009. Prior to his current leadership role at Liberty Defense Group, he excelled as a security manager for FEMA, Department of Homeland Security, from 2019 to 2021. While working for FEMA, he held his positions as a security specialist for corporate security at Walmart and was a firearms instructor and senior consultant for TRI Solutions LLC from 2016 to 2022. As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Stevens earned a bachelor’s degree in homeland security at Keiser University in 2015. In addition, he holds certifications for threat protection, private military contractor, firearm handling and management, and chief range safety officer. He also regularly volunteers in community events and previously served as a first responder and volunteer firefighter. Mr. Stevens has been honored with numerous Achievement Medals, a Battle E designation, Good Conduct, and the extinguished Global War on Terrorism Service and Expeditionary Medals from the U.S. Navy. In light of his fulfilling career, he has largely attributed his success to his Christian faith, as he serves as the trainer and director for all security members of his local church. Additionally, in accounting for his achievements, he is proud to have cultivated a positive work culture. Possessing nearly two decades of experience, Anthony M. Stevens has cultivated a fulfilling career in the security industry. Specializing in public safety, risk assessment and security maintenance, he has served with Liberty Defense Group LLC since 2020, originally joining as an overnight guard.
