With more than four decades of professional experience to her credit, she has served as an independent consultant since 2015, specializing in various administrative business disciplines. Prior to beginning her own independent ventures, Ms. Totton-Soper excelled as a community builder, information specialist, multifamily asset manager, housing counselor and data program security manager for the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). No stranger to government work, Ms. Totton-Soper similarly served as a statistics clerk and program and security analyst for the Army Service Center, as part of the United States Federal Government, from 1981 to 2005. Likewise, she honorably served in the United States Navy for one year as a communications technician administrator. Ever committed to her professional endeavors, she also remains active as a member of the International Federation of Accountants and the Federal Women's Program. As part of her vocational journey, Ms. Totton-Soper pursued a formal education, beginning at Vincennes University, where she earned an associate degree in business administration. She subsequently continued her studies at Indiana Wesleyan University and achieved a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management in 1987. In addition to her academic credentials, she holds a diploma in accounting. In honor of her professional achievements, Ms. Totton-Soper has been recognized with several accolades, including a Hammer Award, a Citizenship Award from the United States Navy, and a Neighborhood Network Award from HUD. Attributing much of her success to her faith, she is particularly proud of her military service, having taken over an important secretarial position at a critical time for the United States Navy.
