Specializing in business taxes and finance, she has served as the president and chief executive officer of The Bookkeeping Company, based in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, since 1992. Similarly well-versed in real estate investment, Ms. Kreiser has operated with several real estate companies throughout her career, most notably including the Bering Real Estate Co., where she has served as a licensed real estate agent since 2021. Likewise, she became the owner of GNV Real Estate Investment in 2022. Prior to embarking on her vocational journey, Ms. Kreiser pursued a formal education. As a student at the Lebanon County Vocational Technical School (now the Lebanon County Career and Technology Center), she earned an associate degree in business, management and marketing in 1979. Adjacent to her primary endeavors, she also remains active as a civic-minded citizen, regularly participating in fire safety services in the city of Lebanon and volunteering with local fundraising events. Attributing much of her success to her ambition and determination, Ms. Kreiser is particularly proud of everything she has built for herself. Neel Midha leverages over 25 years of professional experience as an expert in the real estate industry. Since 2022, he has excelled as an associate broker at Midha Realtors, as part of Harry Norman, REALTORS. He originally joined the real estate company as a licensed agent in 2018. Well regarded for his practiced expertise in accounting and sales, Mr. Midha largely specializes in working alongside first-time buyers to acquire residential and commercial properties. Since beginning his career in 1996, Mr. Midha has held several business management and directorial roles, primarily in the travel industry. To wit, he worked with Travelport from 2000 to 2018. Ever committed to his professional interests, he also remains affiliated with the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and the Atlanta REALTORS Association. To commemorate his achievements, Mr. Midha has been honored with several accolades, including the Travelport Instant Award in 2016. Likewise, he is proud to have been nominated as an Emerging Leader by his colleagues for two years.
