ANTONIOLI Leveraging over 25 years of professional experience, Ralph F. Antonioli is a proven expert in the field of law. Since beginning his law enforcement career in 1996, he has operated with various practice groups, both in his native home of Paraguay and in the United States, notably in the immigration law realm. As of 2021, he has served as a Staff Attorney at Sidley Austin LLP in Washington, DC, where he specializes in international arbitration. Prior to his recent promotion, Mr. Antonioli originally joined the firm in 2020 as a senior litigation paralegal in Chicago. Mr. Antonioli previously pursued a formal education, earning a JD at Universidad del Norte in Paraguay in 2000 and an LLM at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University in 2008. In addition to his academic credentials, he is also licensed to practice law by the District of Columbia Bar and the Supreme Court of Justice of Paraguay. Drawing upon nearly five decades of professional experience, Jose M. Garza Jr. has cultivated a fulfilling career in the public safety and security industries. Prior to retiring from full-time work in 2015, he excelled as the homeland security director for Kansas City Southern, a cross-border freight railroad company. He originally joined the organization in 2008. Since retiring from his leadership position, he has served as a consultant at DBA Garza Consulting, where he teaches others in law enforcement and security. At the onset of his career, Mr. Garza served as a highway patrolman for the Texas Department of Public Safety between 1975 and 1981. Before embarking on his vocational journey, he also pursued a formal education, earning an AA at Laredo Junior College in 1968. He is certified by the Texas Department of Public Safety as a classroom and firearm instructor. Mr. Garza is similarly well-regarded for honorably serving in the United States Army from 1967 to 1973, achieving the rank of sergeant prior to exiting his service.
