Middletown, RI Millennium Magazine Featured Listee JIM SALEH Jim Saleh draws upon over 20 years of professional experience as a proven leader in the HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) industry. Specializing in commercial HVAC services, particularly mechanical HVAC, refrigeration and restaurant equipment, he has served as the owner of A&S Cooling Inc., based in Runnemede, New Jersey, since 2002. In his leadership role, Mr. Saleh oversees all daily operations, including customer service and ensuring his team has everything they require to succeed in their duties. Originally from Egypt, Mr. Saleh previously pursued a formal education at Cairo University, where he achieved a bachelor’s degree in accounting, He subsequently immigrated to the United States in 1992. Since then, adjacent to his primary professional endeavors, he has also remained active in his community as a civic-minded citizen, regularly donating funds and supplies to local churches, learning centers and homeless shelters. In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. Saleh is particularly proud of his advancements with newer technologies and equipment in his industry. In the coming years, he hopes to continue expanding his company. Paul Charles Thibeault leverages three decades of professional experience as a proven expert in the construction industry. Since 2020, he has excelled as a project executive at Phoenix Bay State Construction Co. Inc., where he regularly manages various construction projects, oversees safety programs and works alongside fellow project managers. Prior to his current leadership role, Mr. Thibeault operated as a senior project manager for the company from 2003 to 2020. At the onset of his career, he was a project superintendent at Grande Masonry between 1994 and 2004. As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Thibeault studied accounting and business management at Rhode Island College. Furthermore, he became a member of his local Laborers Union for masonry. In light of his fulfilling career, he has largely attributed his success to his leadership skills and abilities as a quick learner. Furthermore, in accounting for his accomplishments, he is particularly proud to have worked on numerous iconic projects throughout Boston, Massachusetts, and the rest of New England.
