Prior to her current appointments, Ms. DeMory previously excelled as a business account manager for Hill’s Pet Nutrition from 2019 to 2022. She originally began her career in 2001, working with Southlane Veterinary Hospital in Valparaiso, Indiana, until 2003. Throughout her time in the field, Ms. DeMory has largely specialized in veterinary and biological sciences. Since beginning her career, she has worked with many noteworthy companies, including Bark’n Buddies, Rocky Mountain Bird Observatory and Arbor View Animal Hospital. As part of her vocational journey, Ms. DeMory pursued a formal education, originally earning a BA in biological sciences at Indiana University Bloomington in 2007. She continued her studies in the same subject at Illinois State University, where she received an MS in 2009. Most recently, she achieved an MBA at Columbia College in 2023. In addition to her academic credentials, Ms. DeMory is licensed as a veterinary technician in the state of Delaware. Adjacent to her primary professional endeavors, Ms. DeMory continues to volunteer with Kitty CrusAide and regularly donates funds to nonprofit organizations, such as Long Live the Kings and Earthjustice. To commemorate her accomplishments, she was honored with the Buddy Award from Hill’s Pet Nutrition in 2018. In light of her fulfilling career, Ms. DeMory has largely attributed her success to the support of her family.
