293 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine SCIENCES, PHARMACEUTICALS AND BIOTECHNOLOGY Drawing upon more than two decades of professional experience, Dr. Nhora Lalinde is well-regarded as an expert in the pharmaceutical industry. Now retired from full-time work, she previously served as the senior associate director of Pfizer Inc. from 2010 to 2016. She originally joined the pharmaceutical company at the onset of her career in 1994 as a manager of regulatory safety for the organization’s animal health division. Throughout her time with the business, Dr. Lalinde served in several key leadership roles, specializing in medicines, analgesics and anesthetics. As part of her vocational journey, Dr. Lalinde cultivated her higher education. After earning both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in her field, she ultimately achieved a PhD in organic chemistry at the City University of New York in 1981. Ever committed to her professional industry, she also remains affiliated with the American Medical Association. Likewise, Dr. Lalinde has contributed her knowledge and expertise to various scholarly journals throughout her career, and she holds four patents for new pharmaceutical methods and compositions for social compounds. To commemorate her achievements, Dr. Lalinde was previously honored with an award for her professionally published works. In light of her fulfilling career, she has largely attributed her success to her strengths as a mother, which naturally applied to many of her duties in the field of medicine. Furthermore, in accounting for her achievements, she is particularly proud of her patented works, which she believes are highly unique in nature when compared to other similar creations. Looking toward the future, as part of her retirement, Dr. Lalinde hopes to spend even more time with her children and grandchildren.
