Additionally, Mr. Gordon has been recognized as an ordained minister in Honduras, where he continues to commit himself to building orphanages and safe houses. To wit, he has rescued more than 100 orphans from sex trafficking. To commemorate his achievements, Mr. Gordon has been honored with several accolades throughout his fulfilling career. He has largely attributed his success to his diligence and determination, and he is particularly proud to have automated a new set of procedural processes for Cisco devices during his time at State Farm Insurance. In the coming years, Mr. Gordon looks forward to continuing in his civicminded endeavors, namely building more safe houses and renovating several Airbnb locations. Drawing upon three decades of professional experience, the Rev. Matthew D. Gordon is a proven leader in the engineering industry. Well-versed in back-end system development and engineering for new applications and programs, he has served as the senior software engineer for the State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company since 2021. Adjacent to his primary duties, Mr. Gordon has also served as a software developer for infrastructure automation at TEKsystems Inc. since 2020, having originally joined the company in 2016 as a senior software engineer. In his leadership roles, Mr. Gordon excels as a mentor for his fellow engineers in the field. Prior to his current appointments, he was a software developer for FirstCash Inc. between 2019 and 2020. Furthermore, he worked with IBM as a Unix, Linux and Mac systems administrator from 2013 to 2016. He also worked with Apple as a Mac specialist from 2001 to 2005. At the onset of his career, Mr. Gordon was a service manager and service tech specialist for DEPRAG Inc. from 1993 to 1999.
