Specializing in architecture and canvas painting, she has served as the owner of Désiré Betty Designs, where she conducts many of her core artistic endeavors, since 2019. In addition to developing her own artistic brand, Ms. Betty recently joined Frontier Group of Companies Inc. in 2023 as a construction project manager. Since beginning her career in 2005, she has worked with numerous architectural firms in key construction project management positions. Throughout her career, Ms. Betty has presented her own artwork in numerous exhibitions and art collections. Most recently, in 2023, she displayed her pieces at the 62nd Toronto Outdoor Art Fair at Nathan Phillips Square in Toronto, Canada, and with the Black History Month Group Art Exhibition at the Holcim Gallery of the FirstOntario Arts Centre in Milton. Furthermore, she was featured in the “Knowledge Is Power” digital art collection from the Black History Month Group Art Exhibition. Ms. Betty was also nominated for the 2023 MARTY Awards by the Mississauga Arts Council. OWNER, ARTIST Désiré Betty Designs Mississauga, Ontario, Canada Hailing from a lifelong career in the show business industry, John Ciotta leverages over 45 years of experience as a talented and dynamic performer. Inspired to move audiences with his voice and charismatic personality, he has entertained millions of people worldwide over the course of his career. Mr. Ciotta initially began with a seven-piece band on Long Island before traveling throughout the United States, performing in clubs, hotels and casinos nationwide. The band subsequently went overseas to perform in Finland, Hong Kong and Singapore before taking their act to cruise ships. It was during this time that Mr. Ciotta was asked to join the ship’s production shows as a featured performer. At the height of Mr. Ciotta’s professional journey, he served as a showroom headliner for Costa Cruise Lines for 17 years, traveling to over 38 countries worldwide. He went on to several month-long residencies at the Superstar Theatre at Resorts Casino in Atlantic City, headlining over 50 shows there. Outside of his live performances, Mr. Ciotta has released three CDs, and he is currently in pre-production for a “concept” three-CD set.
