Since 1999, he has excelled as the founder and director of training at Global Live Line, Inc. Likewise, since 2011, he has also served as the founder and director of training at Global Live Line’s academic training institution, the Global Power Line Academy. Notably, Mr. Bilek leverages his expertise to provide advanced training and guidance to individuals in his field. He attributes his success to the support and encouragement of his wife and to his mentors, Fred Fritz and Ed Nelson, who were always there for guidance and support. Outside of his primary endeavors, Mr. Bilek previously served in the United States Navy and spent time working for an electric company at the beginning of his career in 1972. Leveraging nearly two decades of professional experience, Lauren Carpenter Kroes has cultivated a fulfilling career in the field of management consulting. Specializing in enterprise performance and strategy, she has excelled as a managing director at Accenture since 2020. Ms. Carpenter Kroes largely attributes her success to her perseverance and resilience. To wit, she is particularly proud of her ability to build and transform businesses, having aided numerous clients throughout her time in the field and developed new practices within Accenture. Her strengths are architecting value narratives, cultivating high-performing teams and creating structure within chaos. Prior to her current leadership role, Ms. Carpenter Kroes progressed from the role of strategy consultant to senior manager between 2011 and 2020. She originally joined Accenture at the onset of her career in 2005 as a specialist in internal corporate finance, financial planning and analysis. Ms. Carpenter Kroes also holds multiple degrees, originally earning a BSBA at the University of Richmond Robins School of Business in 2005 before ultimately achieving an MBA in strategy at the Emory University Goizueta Business School in 2011.
