Known for his determination and perseverance, Lance Wade has found success through his role at Elevance Health, an American health insurance provider. Specializing in the oversight and management of large provider groups, he serves as a provider relations account management director, working closely with the Blue Cross Blue Shield network in Georgia. Initially joining Elevance (formerly Anthem Inc.) in 2018, Mr. Wade advanced from a consumer services associate to various positions of higher responsibility — including work as a network data specialist, operations coordinator and consultant, and provider relationship account manager — prior to accepting his current role in 2022. Before his current endeavors, Mr. Wade worked as a personal fitness trainer between 2013 and 2015. After earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management and operations at Auburn University in 2018, he embarked upon his professional journey in the health insurance industry. Well-qualified, he also holds a certificate in digital health via the Harvard Business School’s online program.
