ENGELHARDT, PHD Dr. Patricia F. Engelhardt has cultivated a career of excellence in the health care industry. She is well-regarded for her creative output, having authored her 2016 work, “Leader Wisdom, Age, And Competency in Perceived Hostile Workplaces: A Regression Approach.” She began her professional career in 1974 by serving in the United States Air Force until she was honorably discharged in 1992. In 2016, Dr. Engelhardt achieved a doctorate in psychology, specializing in industrial and organizational psychology. As part of her ongoing civil efforts, she founded the Coalition of Forces for Veterans, Connecting the Red, White, and Blue in 2016. As of 2020, she has committed herself as a psychological researcher, writer and independent consultant. Dr. Engelhardt is also currently re-branding herself through her own consulting business, Engelhardt Productions. There, she is developing a business plan to extend her psychological research and integrate her personal and professional experiences into a “self-help” book series. She intends for this to serve as a resiliency-building workbook for individuals in need, organizational leaders, and academic institutions. Leveraging over 35 years of experience, Dr. Laurie K. Granberry has found success in her latest role at the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, where she serves as a primary care provider. In this capacity, she specializes in family care, urgent care and urology. Proud to have achieved a Doctor of Nursing Practice at the Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2021, she has distinguished herself through her longevity in the field. Over the course of her career, Dr. Granberry has always sought to improve herself and continually educate herself on developing trends in the field. Such endeavors have enabled her to teach other professionals and build leadership in the health care sector. Dr. Granberry attributes her success to both her perseverance and commitment to growth in her profession. Likewise, she is grateful for her late father, who worked hard to ensure she could receive an education. Looking ahead, she aspires to continue serving as a mentor on behalf of the next generation of nursing professionals, ensuring they have the confidence needed to provide the best possible care to their patients.
