Drawing upon over three decades of professional experience, he currently excels as the director and clinical manager of the Regional Cooperative Care Program in San Diego County, California, having operated as the head of the organization since 2022. Prior to his current appointment, Dr. Jackson excelled as an associate supervisor and paramedic for American Medical Response in San Diego from 1990 to 2023. Since beginning his career in 1990, he has excelled in various health care and emergency medicine disciplines. As part of his academic ventures, Dr. Jackson achieved a DBA in business administration, summa cum laude, at Northcentral University in 2021, and he is licensed in paramedicine and surgical technology. Having served in the United States Navy from 1980 to 1990, he received qualifications in Combat Readiness Education and Training Experience (CREATE). Well-regarded for his creative output as well, Dr. Jackson has published three books during his time in the field. He was honored with the National Star of Life in 2013, State of California Star of Life in 2005, California Community Service Award in 2013 and Leadership Award in 1998. DIRECTOR, PROGRAM MANAGER Regional Cooperative Care Program Escondido, CA Rikhi Kaushal is a marketing strategy expert who has served as director of marketing for the Mount Sinai Health System since 2021. She oversees strategy and programming for the hospital’s Department of Urology, developing philanthropic partnerships, awareness campaigns and prostate cancer research funding. Among her accomplishments in the role was the creation of an industry-first mobile prostate cancer screening unit serving patients throughout New York. Since its launch in early 2022, the unit has screened more than 5,000 patients and has been promoted by many media figures, including Steve Harvey, Al Roker and Chris Tucker. Ms. Kaushal holds four master’s degrees with high accolades, including Master of Science degrees in molecular biology, bioengineering and life sciences and a Master of Business Administration from Lehigh University. She began her career in biotechnology research before transitioning into medical and biochemical marketing and has spent more than 15 years in the industry. She attributes her success to her passion for the field and dedication to service and is proud to continue her family’s legacy of educational attainment and serving the health care community.
