572 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine HEALTH AND WELLNESS Rachel Stiff, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist, life coach, and health coach who has offered clients integrative, trauma-informed therapy for nearly 25 years. She has been in private practice at Restoring Relationships LLC since 2020 and has seen patients at Wings of Grace Counseling Services, a faith-based practice, since 2012. Trained in CBT, DBT and holistic modalities, she works with women, families, and adolescent patients, describing her philosophy as “bringing hope, healing, and transformation to a hurting world.” Ms. Stiff holds a Master of Science in marriage and family therapy, cum laude, from Friends University. She began her career in family support and foster care case management in the early 2000s and continued to work in public health settings as a crisis evaluator and outpatient therapist for a domestic violence shelter. In addition to her agency work, she spent five years as a school-based therapist while maintaining a part-time private practice. In the coming years, Ms. Stiff hopes to write and publish a book and mental health curriculum and to expand her reach as a speaker and instructor. Swalley is a proven expert in the health care industry with more than two decades of experience to her credit. Specializing as a registered nurse in gerontology, mental health care, and health care education and administration, she joined Kiamichi Technology Centers in 2003, working as a practical nursing instructor until 2005. From 2005 to 2009, she subsequently excelled as an assistant director of practical nursing. Since 2010, Ms. Swalley has served the organization as the director of practical nursing. In her adjacent civicminded pursuits, she has also operated as the president of the board for the Oklahoma Board of Nursing from July 2018 through May 2024. As part of her vocational journey, Ms. Swalley cultivated her own higher education, ultimately achieving an MS in health care administration at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 1995. In addition to her academic credentials, she is a registered nurse, and she holds certificates in teaching and national career readiness. To commemorate her accomplishments, she has been honored with several accolades, most recently including a Recognition of Service Award from Kiamichi Technology Centers in 2023.
