Specializing in mental health care, she has served as a mental and behavioral health therapist at Legacy Counseling LLC in Grovetown, Georgia, since 2020. Prior to her current appointment, Ms. Williams excelled as a forensic social worker at a local mental health institution, and she similarly worked with another local hospital for several years. Furthermore, she served in the United States Army from 2002 to 2005. Since 2020, she has excelled as a policy consultant for the American Medical Rehabilitation Providers Association (AMRPA). Ms. Zollar originally joined the organization in 1994 — when it still operated as the American Rehabilitation Association — as a member of the general counsel, a position she maintained until 1997. During her tenure within the enterprise, she also notably served as a vice president of government relations and policy development until 2019. As part of her vocational journey, Ms. Zollar pursued a formal education, ultimately achieving a JD at American University in 1976. Additionally, she is fully licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C., and the state of Virginia. In her civic-minded efforts, she is a board member of the Rehoboth Beach Museum and the Canal Corkran Homeowners Association.
