Focusing on complex commercial law, Mr. Fornaro represents small and mediumsized businesses throughout South Florida in all of their transactional and litigation needs, in addition to assisting new owners in drafting necessary legal documentation. Mr. Fornaro studied political science and communications at Florida Atlantic University, where he earned a BA, cum laude, in 1999.
