Since 2009, he has served as the principal attorney at the Law Offices of Michael J. Eyre. Specializing in personal injury law, business litigation and real estate law, he handles a wide range of disputes, including breaches of contract, business dissolution, eminent domain, zoning law, real estate finance, product liability and industrial accidents. Mr. Eyre previously found success as an associate attorney at several California firms, including Rice & Rothenberg, Hollins, Schechter, Feinstein & Condas, Veatch Carlson LLP, Cone, Chairez & Kassel, and Kaiser, DeBiaso, Palmer & Lopez, beginning in 1988. Mr. Eyre studied English literature at the University of California, Irvine and earned a BA in 1982. Following postgraduate studies in political science at California State University, Long Beach, he reoriented his career priorities and pursued a law degree at the Western State College of Law, graduating with a JD in 1987. In accounting for his subsequent success, he attributes his deep and intrinsic passion for the field, which harkens back to his initial interest in law when he was a young man. Additionally, Mr. Eyre owes much to his comprehensive understanding of the industry. Noted for his myriad contributions in the field, Mr. Eyre has been a Gold Client Champion Award winner via Martindale-Hubbell since 2021 and was previously a silver-level winner since 2017.
