Fuller, Esq., serves as an assistant attorney general at the Texas Office of the Attorney General. Focusing on consumer protection, special litigation and nonprofit enforcement, he represents Texas in sensitive matters and safeguards the public interest regarding nonprofit entities operating in the state. Mr. Fuller previously operated in the election integrity division, where he was part of a trial team responsible for prosecuting the majority of high-profile election integrity offenses between 2019 and 2023. In this role, he accrued a wealth of experience dealing with federal, state and local law enforcement, as well as the media and all levels of government bureaucracy. Initially enlisting as a member of the United States Army in 2004, Mr. Fuller went honorably served for over 15 years.
